PARTICIPATION DETAILS/REQUIREMENTS:
DEADLINE:
The deadline to register to participate in this event is Tuesday, Feb 21, 2023

IN-PERSON PARTICIPATION: 

  • Cost to participate if you are attending:  $30
  • Bring a minimum of 20 books; no more than 30 books of each title
  • The author is responsible for the setup and removal of their books
  • Provide a QR tag that links to a Venmo or Cashapp payment for your book. And how much will you charge for your book at the event?
      Email to jodi@twopennypublishing.com by Tuesday, 02/21/23.
  • Provide at least one book for a giveaway (bring it with you to the event)
  • Follow the Facebook event – share and promote

ABSENT PARTICIPATION:

  • Cost to participate if you are not attending:  $45
      Mail 20 copies to JODI COSTA by 02/21/23.
  • Leftover copies can be mailed back at the author’s expense.
  • Provide a QR tag that links to a Venmo or Cashapp payment for your book.

  • How much will you charge for your book at the Book Fair?

Provide a postcard size 4×6 handout with a QR code that links to your book on Amazon. Include a picture of your book. Bring them with you as handouts.

NOTE: There are FOUR spaces for authors to provide their own tables. They will be taken in the order in which they are received through registration. You will be notified if you have been accepted to bring your own table or if those spots have been filled.
NOTE: There are FOUR reading spaces available. They will be taken in the order in which they are received through registration. You'll be notified via email if you've been accepted for a reading spot or if those spots have been filled.
* Please add $6 to cover the online payment processing fee if you choose to pay via PayPal.
