Kate Korsak has been in love with fantasy for as long as she can remember. Born in Arlington, Virginia, she spent much of her childhood waiting for Peter Pan and hunting monsters in the woods. Her love for fantasy grew as she did, and it wasn’t long before she was writing stories of her own.
In addition to writing, Korsak is also an accomplished fantasy mapmaker. Her maps have been featured in numerous fantasy novels and are often used in tabletop role-playing games. Her passion for world-building is evident in her work, and she takes great care to create detailed, believable worlds that readers can fully immerse themselves in.
Korsak now lives in Tampa, Florida, where she spends her time building LEGO with her husband, playing D&D and Zelda, and collecting swords.
