Tea Time with Tyler by Katherine Dilley

Katherine has used her skills as a Speech Language Pathologist to take you along her and her son Tyler’s journey of traveling to England together for the first time in Tea Time with Tyler.

Following the coronation of a new King, what better way to introduce American children to some differences between their language and our neighbors across the pond than to let them experience them through the eyes of a child? Go on a journey with Tyler: American-born, but English-blooded, as he flies across the Atlantic to visit his Nana, learning the ‘lingo’ of the land once he arrives. Mum changes his sister’s nappy, gives him biscuits, people drive on the opposite side of the road, and even the King himself makes an appearance for some tea and biscuits!

Author of
Tea Time with Tyler

Katherine Dilley was born in England and moved to Florida with her Mum, Dad, and brother, Chris when she was seven.. Although she only visited her English family every other year, Katherine says that being English will always be a part of who she is and why she still drinks a cuppa tea every morning and can never remember if it’s a “tea towel” or a “dish towel.”
Katherine lives in Longwood, FL, (just outside of Orlando) and has two children, four cats, and a whole heap of happiness with her partner, Craig. This is her first, but definitely not her last, book!
